#BJJ4Life is something you’ll hear quite often around the gym. It’s AKA Thailand’s resident black belt, Marcio “Gracinha” Cesar’s maxim. Like our Thai trainers, Marcio is seasoned in his sport and has been competing since childhood. Over the years he has refined his unique style of rolling to be compatible with MMA fighting, allowing him to dominate his opponents from every angle on the ground.

While AKA is known for its hard sparring, Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated to intense grappling sessions. From ground and wall control to ground and pound and BJJ drilling, we have it all under the careful watch of Marcio and Mike Swick.
